Attention all Ageless Warriors

Team,

In 4 days time we are about to ride the Ride of our Lives. To a few, this might be just another MTB ride although it is beyond the distance that we normally travel. But this ride actually is the launching of our advocacy which is “BIKE LANES”.  WE are making this with full coverage of photographers and hopefully be able to land in the newspapers as we want to create noise as we come out in support of our chosen advocacy. We have kept this advocacy under wraps just like this ride which will be a milestones in our biking careers. I will not delve too much on this as the same has been discussed lengthily by Erwin in his past emails but let me just reiterate that we are doing this ride to launch our advocacy.

We were able to generate the following support to enable us to have a more comfortable and enjoyable ride compared to those younger people who have gone up to Baguio without any support facilities. When we were planning this ride it was far from our minds that we will generate a lot of support, financial and material although because of our age, we at the very start have already mapped out some amenities to make this ride comfortable to all.

Let me just acknowledge the people who have contributed their time talent and treasure to make this a success, the members of the core team: Fidel, Roy and Erwin. I would like also to acknowledge everybody for practicing  and preparing for this ride to the point of missing your weekends with your family.
